Power Outage – What to Do: Step-by-step

  • Check the main breaker
    If it’s off or half-tripped, switch it fully OFF → ON.
    Located at the front door.

  • Check the main breaker box
    Reset any tripped breakers.
    Located in the Pheiffer apartment.

  • Check any separate breaker boxes
    Reset any tripped breakers.
    Located near the corresponding rooms 

  • Reduce electrical load
    Turn off heaters and unplug high-power devices (microwave, kettle, oven), then retry.

  • Check the Linky meter
    Make sure the display is on and no warning message is shown.

  • If power is still off

    • Problem with Linky or Neighborhood also off → Enedis: 09 72 67 50 30

    • Billing or contract issue → EDF: 3404
